Sylvia Moreno

Sylvia began her real estate career in 2005 and joined Dunnigan Realtors in 2011. Being a part of a reputable company allows her to stay current with real estate trends and regulations as well as offer her clients up to date market information while helping them achieve their real estate goals.

She believes in building life long relationships with her clients and treats them as family and friends. Growing up with 10 siblings in a loving family environment has molded her into the hard working, caring, friendly and honest person that she is today.

She prides herself in helping clients whether it is their first home, their dream home or their last home. Educating clients and providing necessary support through the buying/selling process is important to her.

When asked about one business principle that will never go out of style, Sylvia said, “A positive experience changes everything! No matter who you are, no matter where you are, no matter what your current circumstances are, your next “MOVE” will change your life.” Sylvia strives to make every client experience positive by communicating, listening to their needs and assisting clients through every step of the process.

In her time away from real estate she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and you may even find her playing a little golf.
