The process of purchasing or selling a home should be about you. It should be fun. It should be exciting. In the end, you should be comfortable and knowledgeable with the way the process worked. These are the goals that I have for you.

Helping clients since 1995, I understand how stressful and chaotic home selling or purchasing can be. However, with patience, empathy and knowledge, it can actually be a great adventure!

When selling your home, knowing what to expect is critical – you don’t want surprises! Maximizing the preparation and marketing can make a significant difference in the net you receive for your home. You have the choice of how much you want to be involved, from doing everything yourself to allowing me to do it all for you. It is up to you. How you want to expose your home, from signs, internet, lockboxes, etc., it is your choice.

When purchasing your home, knowing the process is especially critical. What kind of market we are in, what to expect from lenders, learning about different neighborhoods and what they have to offer – these are topics you will want to know…and more! Guidance through viewing homes, writing an offer, inspections and negotiating repairs is critical. I can guide you through the gauntlet with fun and conversation along the way.

What do you want to know about me? I am a native Sacramentan, raised in South Land Park Terrace and living in Land Park since 1979. I attended Sutterville Elementary School, Sam Brannan Middle School and CK McClatchy High School. From there I attended Sacramento City Junior College, achieving my AA and moved to Oregon State for 3 years, receiving my Bachelor of Arts degree. I married the love of my life in 1979. We stayed very busy with our three children, coaching soccer and participating in school events and PTA’s. I enjoy clay sculpting, playing with my grandchildren and walking our two unruly English Springer Spaniels when time allows.
