Joseph Manganello

Born and raised in East Sacramento, I started my real estate career in property management with Capitol Mall Management in Sacramento, which led me to New York City where I landed a position with the commercial real estate firm Madison-Newmark.

I have spent over 40 years in sales and marketing with fortune companies from Rand McNally to United Parcel Service and my hometown favorite Crystal Cream and Butter. My business philosophy has always been The Golden Rule, “Treat everyone the way you want to be treated.” I enjoy bringing value to all my clients by helping them become clear and confident with their real estate investments.

I still live in East Sacramento, and I love sharing my knowledge of the wonderful city and neighborhood I grew up in learning the value of community and service.
